How to cancel my order?

In certain situations you may want to cancel your order(s). Cancelling your order is very easy at Jewelled but at the same time it also depends in which stage your order is.

Below we will try to explain in which situation and how you can cancel your order:

Before Order Shipped:

• Login to your account.
• Go to my orders.
  
• Click on the order you want to cancel and click cancel.
• After review your order will be cancelled.

After Order Shipped:

• Once your order is shipped out, its hard to immediately cancel the order. So first thing you have to do is to refuse the shipment and once we recieve the order back we will issue the refund.
• And you can also raise a ticket in your account section and we will try to do best to serve you.
